While we select partners carefully, we are not responsible for their acts, delays, omissions, or service issues.

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
• We are not responsible for delays, changes, or disruptions caused by external factors such as weather, government actions, or force majeure
• Participation in travel activities is at your own risk
Our responsibility is limited to the services we directly provide.

Travel in India, particularly in remote or high-altitude regions, involves inherent risks.
By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
10. MEDIA AND CONTENT
Photos or videos may be taken during trips and used for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media.
If you prefer not to appear in such materials, please inform us in writing prior to your trip.
11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

12. GOVERNING LAW
